woooh.. many pLaces were affected by the sudden bLackOuT! yes my pLace was affected as well but was restored within 30 mins. but those hbd flat opposite my building werent so lucky, they waited longer.
was quite a nice scene actually, when everypLace was dark with car's head lights only =)
remembered that when i was still over at tampines, when the whoLe bLock suffered blackout, most ppl will shine their torchlight out of their window where the lights will be reflected on the opposite school's wall to signal that there's a blackout. sO fun! hahhaa coz that's the only time when i can play with candles! oK, those were the times~
