Yesterday, i went for an interview conducted by s c s as i heard from my friends that they are in need of programmer but of diff language that i am "specialise" in now.. but the whole interview SUX coz the interviewer is super SUCKY! yes! i dont think i will meet such sucky interviewer for my next few interviews.
My friend, whom i think is also interviewed by the same person also commented that he is rude and hurl "insults" @ my friend.. i truly understood what he meant coz that ediot will find ways and means to make u feel as lousy as possible.. yes in chinese term "yi wen bu zhi"; will make u felt that u are not even 1cent worth.
okie, maybe we had some working experiences but u need not find ways and means to "test" our confidence level by condemning us. coz from the 3 non-working-experienced guys who went for the interview, all 3 commented that "aiya, go there talk cock can liaoz, they will not ask u those std qns asked by other companies' interviewers"
Yeah right, maybe u had nothing to ask abt their past working experience due to the fact that they just came out from ns. thus u can simply talk cock with them and employed them. but we, the ppl that had some experience are not there for ur own entertainment, to condemn and made urself so happy that u managed to make some ppl felt so lousy after the interview session. u can simply rejected the job offer nicely if u are not keen to employ us!

okie, till this point ppl might think, woh! just an interview. why get so agitated? nope, i am not agitated. but i felt that it is such a ridiculous interview session which last like 1 hr?

sucky guy: how good is ur programming.
yes i know ppl will always tell me to say "yes i am very gd at blah blah" when being asked in interview session but i am not that kind of ppl that are very confident in front of strangers..
me: should be quite ok
sucky guy: we are not here to employ ok ppl
me: but i am able to pick up new language quite fast
sucky guy: how fast
me: 1-2 wks
he gave me those "so-slow-look" and skipped to another topic!
okie pls... normally ppl are given like 1 wk to get to know the stuff in the new company, i mentioned like 1-2wk izzit so damn long for a person to pick up new programming language which they cant offer me? okie! i know, there's programming expert out there that might be able to pick up new language within a few days BUT are they able to employ them @ the rate they are offering?! *spitz*
sucky guy: what other languages do u know
me: java, vb, jsp during poly times but havent touch for quite a long time thus need some time to recap
sucky guy: oooh need to send u back to poly learn ah
dammit! he should be the one going back to kindergarden to learn abt politeness! little kids are way much better than him!

was explaining some systems i had developed in the current company..
me: i had developed some intranet systems using coldfusion and one of them is data entry system.. [i had yet to finish my introduction]
sucky guy: what!? u mean u are doing data entry?
me: quickly explained that i am NOT doing data entry BUT developing the system!!

and our current company is using MS Access for data storage and i knew that most IT company will prefer some other data storage such as Oracle 8i, Microsoft SQL Server in term of security and stuff but u need not give me those "errks, u are using MS Access" look!

sucky guy: ooooh! ur english C6, made u unable to go to JC
me: nope, i not interesting in going JC, i prefer poly coz i felt that @ poly i can learnt more stuff related to working environment
sucky guy: oooooh, maybe can suggested to the govt to remove all JCs
hah! does he had so much free time to condemn me? maybe he does enjoyed the process so much that he can spent time condemning me then to spend his time more meaningfully like doing his job!? he can even find fault with my C6 english, yeah man, he can really talk cock but that's not my cuppa tea.
I am proud that i am able to get a C6 for my 1st attempt coz i surrender myself to languages subjects. IF i wanna go to JC, do he think that i CANT get in? Just that i dont wanna be a no-lifer munching on the notes and textbooks right after school with no happening npcc activities going on during my 1 year study in sec2 which i managed to get scholarship that year okie! but i had enough of the no-lifer lifestyle and thus, my result slipped from sec2 - sec3 and drastically from sec3 - sec4. so if i am determined to do something, i am able to do it! and btw, there are ppl with C6 english going to JC okie!
